1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card

2.    Phone will display "Phone Restricted"

3.    Select "Cancel" and phone will show "Phone Restriction Code"

4.    Enter Unlock Code

5.    Select OK

1.    The handset is now successfully unlocked

1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card and turn ON your phone

2.    The phone will display "Phone Restricted"

3.    Select "Cancel"

4.    The phone will display "Phone Restriction Code"

1.    Insert an Authorized Sim Card and turn ON your phone

3.    Click "Network"

6.    The handset is now successfully unlocked

1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card

2.    Type Sim Card PIN Code and submit

3.    The message "Please call your network provider to get the unlock" will appear

4.    At bottom of the screen, show keyboard with # and *, and asking for you to "Type PIN", enter code

5.    The handset is now successfully unlocked

1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card

2.    Phone will ask for "SIM PIN"

7.    The handset is now successfully unlocked

1.    Insert without a Sim Card (Some version need an authorized Sim Card) and turn ON your phone

1.    Insert an Authorized Sim Card

3.    Screen says you have entered unlock function, and cautions that after 10 failed attempts the phone will be permanently locked.  Press OK to continue.

4.    The phone will ask you to input the unlock code twice, do it. Be careful and type the code exactly as given

5.    After entering the code a second time, the phone will be unlocked.

6.    Press OK to exit and the pone will reboot by itself

Model: LG GD710 Shine II

1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card

3.    The Phone will ask you to input the unlock code twice, enter code

4.    The handset is now successfully unlocked

8.    The phone will then prompt Network Unlock/Lock.  If you scrool down, you will see a message Enter SP Lock. Enter Service Provider Code

9.    Then press OK
