**Supported Statuses:**

- Reported lost by a T-Mobile customer
- Reported stolen by a T-Mobile customer

**Supported Devices:**

- T-Mobile USA iPhone, Samsung, LG, HTC, and all T-Mobile phones

**Service Details:**

- This service cleans the phone so it does not show lost, stolen, or blocked.
- This service does NOT clear non-payment in your T-Mobile account.
- This service does NOT clean equipment installment plans or fraud phones.
- If the phone is blocked from financing and cleaned, it will immediately go back to being blocked when activated on T-Mobile.
- If a blocked IMEI with financing is cleaned, it will still show the financing status after cleaning.
- If the phone is lost or stolen without financing and cleaned, it can be used on T-Mobile.

**Warning:**

- This is NOT an unlocking service.
- No refund for submitting the wrong IMEI.
- No refund if your iPhone is not T-Mobile USA.
